Car PC Install Details

I planned to instal a minipc via eden based or so and a hidden tft screen when not in use such as mmi from Audi cars controlled by a wheel or knob (powermate from Griffin)to listen music ,sound trough the original car radio (RCD 300).No touchscreen possible cause the screen is to far away from the drivers seat.
My biggest problem is how to move the screen up and down in the dash.
